📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Some items may be made-to-order or custom, which can require additional processing time. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 1–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


🇺🇸 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


📬 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

oldkids3d is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
